I keep my clients’ best interests top of mind as I negotiate on their behalf. Most people don't realize that the negotiation doesn't necessarily start with the seller. Relationships with other realtors plays a large part in working toward a successful negotiation. If the realtor you have representing you is difficult and argumentative, the broker on the other side may recommend a more collaborative real estate agent and their client, as they would likely be easier to work with through out the transaction. Remember-it is skill and mindset on all parties. Someone who has only their own interest in mind may not have yours.
